Four people are waiting on you
Four people cannot start until you hand them the thing. You have not started either. You still have six people to ask.
By tasks. By meetings.
Take back ownership and scale your impact.
Four people cannot start until you hand them the thing. You have not started either. You still have six people to ask.
An email would sit there until Thursday. So you took an hour from six people at once. The loud one spoke first, and the rest agreed.
The day went on chasing, nudging and copying answers into one document. Your real work starts once everyone has gone home. Next month, the same again.
Your AI is obsessed with you. It tends to forget to ask everyone else what they think and know. We help you change that. Today.
And puts it wherever you want to be. In every language. In every time zone. In the six conversations you cannot be in at once.
Or while you are doing the work that actually needs you. Or saying hi to your kids before they go up. What it frees is yours, to spend on whatever you want — that is the only thing leverage is for.
Scale your org. Build your AI team.
Do things better. Free your time
for what you do best.
You now manage AI.
| An email | A meeting | A shared agent | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Who works out what to ask? | You do, and you only think of half of it. | Whoever runs it, live, badly. | It does — from your goal, and differently for each person. |
| Does anyone tell you what to do next? | No. You get replies and a longer to-do list. | You leave with actions you assigned yourself. | Yes. It reads what came back and proposes the next move. |
| What happens to a minority view? | It arrives last and nobody re-reads the thread. | It loses to whoever spoke first. | It is surfaced at the right time, with a name on it. |
| Can it run without you in the room? | It stops the moment you stop chasing. | No. Nothing happens unless you convene it. | Yes. That is the point — it is your representative, driving things forward when you decide not to be there personally. |
| What does it cost to do it again next month? | The same again, all of it. | Six hours of other people, again. | Nothing. And by the third round it has seen things none of you had. |
Your colleagues work with the agent, not for it. No form to fill in — a short conversation, and the questions change based on what they say. If they want their own AI to help them answer, that is fine. It still comes back with their name on it, because they are the one who sent it.
Slides, spreadsheets, specs — your own AI writes them with you, alone in your own echo chamber. Shared agents are like digital coworkers who keep the momentum going, get the job done, and keep the files you assign them updated. Shared agents — this is the way.
These six are the ones we run ourselves. Each one has a name, owns a single job, and talks to three or four people. You will not use ours — you will make your own, and the first one takes about ten minutes.
You do not write questions and this is not a survey. You say what you are trying to reach and what a good answer looks like, hand over whatever you already have, and your agent works out who to talk to and what to put to each of them. When the answers are in, you get a view on what to do next.
Say what you are trying to reach. Echo asks you three things, then writes the purpose for you to paste into the box above.
Live — you are building your first shared agent
Beta is free. Your colleagues never need an account.
That is the whole difference. Not a questionnaire sent to a list. A colleague who has asked you before, remembers how you answer, and already knows what you need to hear before you can answer properly.

You set it up once. You have run none of it since. Twelve times a year the close lands on the fifth with a name on every line, and you did not write a question, chase anybody or sit in a room. The third time it ran, it caught something in three teams at once that nobody had put together — and that one was going to cost you the quarter.
An agent knows only what you hand over, and tells only the people you put on the project. Nothing you say travels further than you sent it. Echo is in beta — this page says what is true today, including the parts that are not built yet.
An agent sees the files you assign and the people you name. No standing access to your drive, your inbox or your calendar, and cannot go looking.
Every request says who is asking, who else is being asked, and that your name stays on your words. There is no surprise attribution, because there is no surprise.
You can pass, or answer half. That is recorded as a decline — never replaced with something plausible written in your voice.
Consultants and clients see the project they are on. Their own AI stays outside it, and so does everything you run elsewhere.
Switch one off and it stops mid-round. Nothing further is sent or asked.
Every answer, with its author and timestamp, in a file you keep.
Who can create agents, add guests, and read what. Team and above.
Every message an agent sent, to whom, and when. Team and above.
Your identity provider, and your offboarding. Enterprise.
Where it lives and how long you keep it. Enterprise.
TLS everywhere, and the database and file volumes are LUKS-encrypted at the provider. Annex II of the DPA has the detail.
An answer given on one project is not visible from another.
What people tell an agent is not used to train models.
Including the transcripts, on your retention schedule.
Published, incorporated into the Terms by reference. No signature round needed; we countersign a copy on request.
Annex II of the DPA: what is implemented and what is not, stated plainly.
Commissioned, not finished. It lands before general availability, not after the first enterprise deal.
Not started, and no ISO 27001 either. Where a customer specifically needs a certification, we say so plainly rather than imply otherwise.
You swoop in only where the human touch matters.
Everybody now has a very articulate colleague who has read a third of the material and has never once said “I don’t know.” Yours will.
