The activity of Agentic Agency ApS is not subject to any authorisation or licensing scheme, so no supervisory authority is named under section 7(1)(5) of the Danish E-Commerce Act or section 5(1)(3) DDG.

Dispute resolution

Echo Beta is offered to businesses only and is not directed at consumers. Agentic Agency ApS is not obliged to participate, and does not participate, in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration body (Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle) within the meaning of section 36 of the German Consumer Dispute Resolution Act (VSBG).

The European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025 and no link to it is provided.

Disputes are governed by the Echo Beta Terms and Conditions: Danish law, Copenhagen City Court (Københavns Byret) as court of first instance.

Liability for content
